I don't often dream about working at Econofoods anymore, being as it's been around eight years since I've worked there, but I did the other night. I had come back to work there after a long absence, and I was having a hard time with the PLU codes. It was very frustrating, because there was a time when I knew almost all of them. We'd have PLU challenges in the breakroom, someone would shout out, "Avacado" or "Gala Apple" and the challengee would try to remember the PLU code. I was rarely stumped. Anyway, in this particular dream, there was an area of the store in which I lived, and after my shift, I went back there to eat. There were refrigerated shelves stocked with food, and I had to go through the food and throw out all the old stuff. The funny part about it, is that I remember buying the food and stocking those same shelves in a dream I had when I still worked there.

I love the brain isnt it the best? AND it shows that your memories ARE in there somewhere, you just cant find them. Anyway, I dream about Doing returns at the Service Desk and doing layaways. And they are step by step. Not an interesting dream! I still remember some fruits from the Supercenter. Bananas are 2044. Green grapes are 4040. And some other grape is 4043. I think the red seedless. Why do I hang on to this information? In case I ever go back? HA. Dont think so. Death to Wal-Mart

I never oaid much attention to the PLU codes, as we scanned everything, but Creme Eggs obviously don't scan, so I learnt the PLU code and it sometimes surprised people I knew it- did they never think how many of them we sold?

For the record- 5020 1600

:P

Yeah, and it seems to be certain kinds of jobs eh? I will still sometimes spend an entire night working at the bank again. Filling out deposit slips, remembering the various entry codes for transations, and doing international money orders *blahhhh*

*wave*
